Mrs. Palmer and her husband Johnny live west of Olney, TX. Keeping their ranching and oilfield business going is like spinning two tops at full twirl, but with every squeezed minute Anita paints. Her paintings reflect this ranching environment; many friends and relatives also find themselves as subjects in her works.
